Operational Manager


  • Bachelor degree of IT or Management
  • 2 years experience in fintech
  • Experience in Fintech industry will be preferable. E.g : Ovo, Gopay, Dana, etc
  • Experience working in team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Can work under pressure and flexible
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Easily adaptable in continuous development and provide the right solutions for daily operational processes


  • Coordinate activities and process of company
  • Participate in the planning and drafting of company rules (SOP)
  • Communicating with transaction provider vendors (JALIN, PPOB, PG, etc)
  • Provide positive information and give solution for development of company
  • Manage data transaction, reconciliation and settlement of funds in business process
  • Save and recap all valuable information both physical and non physical of the company
  • Evaluate performance and effectiveness of the company in the process of business continuity
  • Active in internal and external discussion both in planning and problem solving
